Easy Rug Repair
If your rug needs repair, please send us a photo of the affected area via email to mail@morgenland-teppiche.de. We’ll handle your request promptly and send you a non-binding estimate soon. Upon confirmation of the estimate, our shipping partner will collect the rug from you. After successful repair, we’ll return your rug to you. Our repair service is available in Germany and throughout Europe.
Regional Pickup Service
Within a 50km radius, we offer a free pickup service from your home to thoroughly clean your rug. Then, we’ll deliver the cleaned rug back to your living space, all free of charge.
Your Rug is in Good Hands with Us
Nationally, we arrange for the rug to be picked up by a shipping partner at your doorstep. Once you’ve assigned us the task, you’ll receive instructions for packing the rug. We charge a flat rate of 19.90€ for rug pickup and delivery. This service is available throughout Germany and upon request internationally.
