Legal right of withdrawal

You possess the right to cancel this agreement within fourteen days without providing any justification. The cancellation period lasts fourteen days, commencing from the day when you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, receives or takes possession of the final goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, kindly notify us (Morgenland Rugs, Brook 9, 20457 Hamburg, Germany, mail@morgenland-teppiche.de, Phone: (+49)4038632777) through a definitive statement (e.g., a letter sent via post, fax, or email) conveying your decision to terminate this contract. Although not required, you may utilize the provided sample revocation form for this purpose.

To adhere to the withdrawal deadline, simply send the withdrawal notice before the withdrawal period concludes.

Consequences of Revocation

Upon revoking this contract, we will promptly reimburse all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery charges (also excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the most economical standard delivery offered by us). The reimbursement will occur no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your revocation notice. We will use the same payment method you employed for the initial transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you incur fees due to this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we retrieve the goods, or you provide evidence of returning the goods, whichever occurs first.

You are obliged to return or hand over the goods to us promptly, and in any event, within fourteen days from the day, you inform us of the contract's revocation. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. If a wrong or damaged product is shipped from Morgenland Rugs, Morgenland Rugs will refund the customer the cost of shipping and return. Whenever a customer gets a damaged product, the customer must submit the proof in the form of a photograph or video of the product and packaging in high and understandable quality.

There is a fixed shipping cost for the return of products outside of Germany, you can find the shipping and return cost here. If you return a product outside of Germany and there is no fault or error on the part of Morgenland Rugs, you will be refunded after subtracting the cost of shipping and returns. The orders inside Germany and deliveries inside Germany are eligible for Free Shipping and Return. You will only be responsible for any diminished value of the goods if the loss in value results from unnecessary handling for inspecting the goods' condition, characteristics, and functionality.

Withdrawal of Custom order.

Please note that custom orders are ineligible for returns or refunds unless the customer can provide evidence of damage or an error on the part of Morgenland Rugs. In such cases, the customer must substantiate their claim to be entitled to a return or refund for the custom order by providing high-quality photos or video. This policy ensures that we maintain our commitment to delivering high-quality, personalized products while protecting our customer's interests.

The right of withdrawal is inapplicable to the following contracts: Contracts for the supply of non-prefabricated goods, wherein the consumer's individual selection or determination is crucial for their production, or which are explicitly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.

Special Notes

If you finance this contract through a loan and later revoke it, you will also be released from the loan agreement if both contracts form an economic unit. This assumption is particularly relevant if we serve as your lender, or if your lender relies on our cooperation regarding financing. If the loan has already been received by us when the revocation takes effect, your lender will assume our rights and obligations under the financed contract concerning the legal consequences of the revocation or return. The latter does not apply if the contract's subject is the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g., securities, foreign exchange, or derivatives). To optimally avoid contractual obligations, exercise your right of revocation and also cancel the loan agreement if you possess a right of revocation for it.

31 days voluntary right of return

For all rugs purchased from Morgenland Rugs, we grant you a voluntary right of return in addition to the statutory right of withdrawal. The period for exercising the voluntary right of return begins at the end of the statutory cancellation period and ends 31 days after receipt of the goods. Timely dispatch is sufficient to meet the deadline. However, a prerequisite for exercising the voluntary right of return is that you return the goods in their original condition, intact and without damage, in the original or comparable packaging. If you would like to make use of our returns service, please contact our customer service by e-mail to mail@morgenland-teppiche.de. You will then receive the returns information as well as the return instructions. You will then receive the return information and your return label by e-mail. If you are unable to print out the returns label, we can also send you the documents by post. The voluntary right of return does not apply to the purchase of gift vouchers.
